Redirection of port 80

Good Morning!

I have the net:

PC's<->router<->SQUID<->Internet

Router and SQUID are both RedHat 6.x machines kernels 2.2.x.

How to redirect (on router) any request to port 80 to the squid (different
machine) 8080 with ipchains i can redirect request to port 80 to the
different port, but this port is on router not squid....?

I will be glad any help.
