local adresses and internet under proxy

i have a proxy between a private network and a firewall , my probleme is the
following i don't want to use the parameter in browser which permits to
exclude some local address of the proxy ,

So i took this solution :
i add under the machine routes speficics in function of desired address
defined as local or not ; example 10.75.xx.xx for local address which uses
a specific gateway )

With this solution i can have an intranet and access customisable for
internet addresses under proxy

My question is : can i do this under proxy uniquely and in the acl if it is
possible , what type is good or in the squid.conf what parameter is
concerned by this problem ? ( dnsserver , regexp ? )

thank you for your responses
