commBind: Cannot bind socket FD 29 to 194.119.238.177:0: (99) Can't assing request address

Hi,

I've read in the FAQ's about such an error wich could indicate the absence of the 127.0.0.1 loopback interface...
But this is a test-machine and the IP-address wich are mentioned as error are some webservers on the internet ??!!!
(is this my problem or theirs ;-))

Some example of error-IP addresses

194.111.238.177 (unknown)
209.1.120.92 (i25.netscape.com)
216.33.236.24 (gfx.law7.hotmail.com)
206.186.101.66 (unknown)

(and the list goes on and on..).

Duh...yes I 'm running no stable-code (2.3.DEVEL3 ... may I burn in hell ;-)) but has anyone seen this error on STABLE versions ???
