HotMail question (chains)

Here's the problem:

1) Computer A is serving as the BIG proxy (port:800)
2) Computer B is a child proxy server and is linked to A (has as its
parent computer B) (port:800)
3) Computer C cannot use A as its father proxy, only B, and acts as a
proxy server which forwards everything to Computer B (does not keep
cache files in its HDs) (port:3128)
4) Computer D is behind a firewall and cannot use neither proxys A, nor B.
It can only use proxy server C and has not trouble connecting at every
site on the Net except hotmail.com

Hotmail has recently changed its architecture and is now comprised of
hotmail.com, passport.com and msn.com.

I have used the FAQs: 4.8, 11.6 to no avail... Please help...

Sincerely,
Themistoklis Economou
