Parents in cache

Hi,
        I have configured our cache to work with our upstreams cache, now
for some reason i get this in the log :

944789633.010 224 203.87.20.1 TCP_MISS/200 15089 GET
http://www.satlink.com.au/2000an.gif -
FIRST_UP_PARENT/melbourne.cache.telstra.net image/gif

satlink.com.au is our own website, and it isnt even getting it from our
cache, rahter going to the upstream one. Also when i remove the line from
the config, it still wont cache the site, mind you it isnt costing us the
$$ :)

ANy ideas?
