Two points:

1) Could it also be the case that a 28.8 connected client is in the
early stages of downloading a large file? If the DS3 connected cache
has already finished its pull of the file from the server, its
incoming bytes would be much higher than the client delivered bytes.

2) Is this total bytes or bytes over the last n minutes? I see it
fluctuate wildly sometimes, I find it hard to believe it is
calculated from the total.
