Size options

With things like size options on cache_mem and stuff, in the config file it has
MB next to the option, is this telling the number before it is in MB or is that
just for us humans. There is also a couple of other ones like that and also time
units, some say seconds next to the option but nothing about wheather this can
be change. I need to know for my config tool thats all :-)
