One (trivial) way to acheive this would be to reduce the size of your
cache until it can only hold 24 hours worth of traffic... Why do you want
to purge objects before Squid decides for itself that they need to be
purged? Squid is designed to take care of that all by itself - check the
LRU value in cachemgr.cgi to see how often Squid is discarding objects
from your particular cache.
