Yes.

Add the following signature to all your Squid error message files

Generated %t by %h (%s)

Thechnical note:
Squid adds it's default signature (using %T, not %t) unless %s is used
in the error page to mention the Squid version.
A complete list of all %<x> codes to use in error pages can be found in
squid/src/errorpage.c and perhaps in the FAQ as well.
