my system doesnt seem to like the cache_effective_user feature? can
anyone help please?

my system is redhat 5.2

with the following rpm's installed so that i can use squid 2.2
(downloaded from rh ftp site /redhat/redhat-6.1/i386/RedHat/RPMS)
glibc-2.1.2-11.i386.rpm
squid-2.2.STABLE4-8.i386.rpm
