Problems with no_cache

Hello,

I have the following in my config:

acl LOCALE dst 10.1.10.0/24
no_cache deny LOCALE
always_direct allow LOCALE

I want to be sure that the proxy will never cache pages in the
10.1.10.0/24 range, but if i look in the access.log, i see some TCP_HIT
and TCP_IMS_HIT, is it a misconfiguration? am i configuring it right? i
read 7.8 of the FAQ, and it seems that i am doing it right, but squid is
caching the pages... (btw, Squid 2.3.St1)

Thanks,
Marcelo.
