FATAL:Recieved Segment Violation... dying

Hi All,

I'm trying to run 2.2.S5 under redhat 6.0,I'm using this box
just for bandwidth control of the LAN.
the System has 64MB of memory with a 128MB swap.
but the error I mentioned on the subject appears
every when I start squid,in the cache.log
it also says:
 page fault with physical io: 280
total in-use 2348 KB ,108%
Total free 9KB, 0%

Any solution ?
