Have you tried emptying your cache already? Although it takes some time, usually it's the best solution once you got stuck :-()

Could someone please let me know what this means?

One of my proxies was working quite happily until yesterday and then all of a
sudden, I was unable to surf through it!

The only thing that I can find that appears to be different is this error
message - HTTP/1.0 400 Cache Detected Error

Any ideas would be hugely appreciated.
