The last line of the log is the problem:
assertion failed: dns_internal.c:185: "nns > 0"
squid is aborting and dying, then (presumably) getting restarted.
Reconfigure and recompile, but try adding '--disable-internal-dns' to the list when you run configure again. Seems like the
internal dns code is dying.
