Redundancy

Folks,

I have a squid proxy with a dial-up line. What I want to do is to have all requests redirected to
another proxy if the dial-up line goes down.
What parameters should I configure in my squid.conf?

Also, my users are using proxy autoconfig file proxy.pac. Can I achieve this using the proxy.pac
file?

Any hints and suggestions are greatly appreciated.
