cd auth_modules/NCSA; make
cp ncsa_auth in Your squid/bin directory
Use authenticate_program /path/to/your/squid/bin/ncsa_auth /path/to/your/new/passwd
in squid.conf
Use htpasswd to generate password in passwd file.
