Transparent Cache Server

Hello, everyone here,

I have some matter with Transparent Cache Server:
we are an ISP, there are several Subnets under our network, they
are connected to us by DDN or frame-relay. I config my Transparent
Cache Server With Linux 6.0, Squid 2.3 STABLE1 and CISCO IOS 11.3
(CISCO 3640 Router). Our IP address is 159.226.236.0/255.255.255.0;
Subnets IP address is from 159.226.171.0 to 159.226.186.255; Cache
Server is 159.226.236.15.
How can I let our Subnets use my Cache Server?
Need I config every Serial Interface with "ip policy route-map proxy-redir" line?
Is there any easy way to realize that?

Please give me a detailed answer.
Thanks a lot!

Xue Junchao
