  Hi -
  Thanks for the response.
1 ) When using MS proxy only - the SSL works fine.
2 ) Here is a copy of the error message from the squid:
      951234211.391 61 172.30.30.122 TCP_MISS/000 669 CONNECT lc2.law5.hotmail.passport.com:443 - FIRST_UP_PARENT/cobra -
  951234211.509 83 172.30.30.122 TCP_MISS/000 702 CONNECT lc2.law5.hotmail.passport.com:443 - FIRST_UP_PARENT/cobra -
  951234215.793 38 172.30.30.122 TCP_MISS/000 669 CONNECT lc2.law5.hotmail.passport.com:443 - FIRST_UP_PARENT/cobra -
  951234215.935 95 172.30.30.122 TCP_MISS/000 702 CONNECT lc2.law5.hotmail.passport.com:443 - FIRST_UP_PARENT/cobra -

      Hi -
We are using squid version 2.2 stable 4 with a parent peer of Microsoft Proxy ( don't ask why )
everything works fine - except for SSL -
I have looked into the documentation, faqs, internet, etc. None of the solutions provided have
      worked so far.
Does anyone have any idea ?
