        You have install the squid but u have to make the follwoing files by
command

cd /usr/local/squid/logs
> access.log
> store.log
> cache.log

and set the permissions,

Well the Real Problem is that your cache_effective_user & group has no right
to creat file in logs dir, so please set your Permissions Properly .
