strtokFile: not found

Hi,
I'm a newbie and I am having some problems configuring squid for my
university...
I upgrade squid 2.2stable4 to squid 2.3stable1.
This is the problem, I receive this message when I run:

[root@ns squid]# squid -k reconfigure
2000/02/25 16:08:41| strtokFile: not found

What is?
