How can I limit maximum connections of each client

Hi All,

Somebody in our network makes too many connections (more than 300)
and makes our squid server overload.

There is an access list in squid configuration file:

# acl aclname maxconn number
# # This will be matched when the client's IP address has
# # more than <number> HTTP connections established.

But, how can I limit maxmum connections for each client's IP address,
our client's IP address in configuration file as following:

acl allowed_hosts src 192.168.2.0/255.255.254.0

Best regards,
