Can't make all v2.3 STABLE2 with --disable-internal-dns

When trying to compile v2.3 STABLE2, after ./configure
--disable-internal-dns, 'make all' gives error:

dns.c: In function `dnsInit':
dns.c:56: structure has no member named `dnsserver'
dns.c:60: structure has no member named `dnsChildren'
dns.c:63: structure has no member named `dnsserver'
dns.c:64: structure has no member named `res_defnames'
*** Error code 1
Stop.

I didn't have this problem with v2.3 STABLE1, using same configure option.
This is on a FreeBSD 3.x
