No TCP_HIT

Hi, All,

I am running Squid as an Accelerator with the following refresh_pattern
settings:

refresh_pattern ^ftp: 1440 20% 10080
refresh_pattern ^gopher: 1440 0% 1440
refresh_pattern \.gif$ 1440 20% 14400
refresh_pattern /images/ 1440 20% 14400
refresh_pattern ^http: 2 10% 10
refresh_pattern . 0 20% 4320

My problem is that I saw lots of TCP_REFRESH_HIT but no TCP_HIT in the
access.log. Could anybody tell me what may go wrong?
