authentication in squid

Hi all,

I have a question about the authentication.

I would make a nets with the possible to permit use of the proxy only of a
request (username or password).
I have loooking the FAQ
(f.e)
acl host1 src 10.0.0.1
acl host2 src 10.0.0.2
acl pals user kim lisa frank joe
http_access allow host1
http_access allow host2 pals

i have still lookk in the squid.conf

authenticate_program /usr/bin/ncsa_auth /usr/etc/passwd
../auth_modules/NCSA directory

but i don´t find this modules
