Problems compiling on Solaris 7

I'm trying to compile Squid 2.2 Estable 4 over Solaris 7 and when i do:

#make all

this error is report to me:

ld: fatal: Symbol referencing errors. No output written to squid
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
*** Error code 1
make: Fatal error: Command failed for target `squid'
Current working directory /export/squid-2.2.STABLE4/src
*** Error code 1
make: Fatal error: Command failed for target `all'

Could anybody help me?
