Proxy

I got:

acl office src 10.0.0.0/24
acl passwd proxy_auth REQUIRED
authenticate_program /usr/local/sbin/ncsa_auth /etc/squid/passwd
authenticate_children 10
http_access allow office passwd

and i get access denied when i connect to a site?

Any help appreciated..
