Squid to Squid connection

Hi
I'm newbie.
I have a configuration network :

             |
             | 202.x.x.x
           Host A Firewall &Squid server & port
3128
             | 10.0.0.10
             |
      ----------------------- 10.0.0.0
                   |
                   |10.0.0.11
                 Host B Squid Server port 3128
                   | 172.16.30.1
                   |
          ------------------ 172.16.30.0
             |
             | 172.16.30.2
           Host C

All squid server use a Squid version 2.3 Stable 2

Squid server in host A is running well. So, host B
can browse in Internet.
All hosts in 10.0.0.0 must set their browser to use
a proxy 10.0.0.10 port 3128.
I have installed Squid in host B, but it isn't
running well. I tried to set a host C in 172.16.30.0
to use a proxy 172.16.30.1 port 3128. But when host
C open a URL , it failed. What's wrong in my system.
Or I misconfigured in my squid.conf.
