Re: parseConfigFile: line 623 unrecognized: 'dns_children 20'

As Henrik said, you do not need to specify dns_children since you are
running Squid-2.3 and you say that you have not compiled it with
--disable-internal-dns.

Simply comment the dns_children entry out in your squid.conf and squid will
look after the DNS lookups by itself.
