We use squid here at the University of Warwick. Have a user base of around
18k, with about 4000 workstation systems on campus.

Last month, the cache served around 80 million requests, composed of around
720Gb of actual traffic. This is running on a dual CPU Sun E250 with 1Gbyte
RAM and 80Gb of cache storage. Using 2.2 STABLE5 (with Henrik's patches).
Typical loading is around 50 req/s.
