authenticate_ip_ttl

Hi All,

Please could someone tell me if the more strict version of authenticate_ip_ttl comes as standard with squid-2.3.Stable5?

I do not want anyone to be able to use the same username on seperate machines at the same time. As we are a school we often find this a problem, so this setting could save us a lot of problems.
