sudden problems running Cachemgr

Hi! For some strange reason, I've started receiving the following messages
 in my browser when trying to access the cachemgr:

Cache Manager Error

connect: (105) No buffer space available

Generated Tue, 04 Apr 2000 17:54:27 GMT, by
cachemgr.cgi/2.3.STABLE2@rhlinux.dssi-jcl.com

Any ideas? I don't see any messages in the cache.log or /var/log/messages
files.
