Squid only supports WCCP protocol Version 1.0 until CISCO releases to the public their WCCP version 2.0 Protocol (which I would highly doubt). Only packet sniffers, hackers, reverse engineers and a Cisco Router with their Cache system will allow it to eventually be made functional.
