FATAL: Received Segment Violation...dying.

Hi All.

After 73 days uptime of my Linux with SQUID-2.3.S2, SQUID did write subj. message to his
cache log, and was automaticaly restarted.
This was done two times. First today at 6 am, and second at 8 am.
Here is a cut from cache.log

Squid is running with Async io.
The HW is:
PII 450 with 128MB RAM
UDMA66 HD for cache is splited to two partitions for cache1 and cache 2.
Can somebody tell me why it happens?
