dns problem

hi

I'm using squid2 behind a firewall. I also have a DNS Server behind a
firewall which can query other nameservers.
My problem is that squid don't use my nameserver. I put this nameserver
ind squid.conf and resolve.conf but every time I use squid the server
tries to query the root-nameservers. These packets won't pass the
firewall so the connection will be timed out.

Does anyone has any hints for me ? ;))
