No problem, if it uses cache digests. Append the "no-query" option to your
"cache_peer" line in order to avoid sending ICP.

Append the "round-robin" option to all your "cache_peer" line which are to
be load-balanced. Grouping will be done by "cache_peer_access" or
"cache_peer_domain". See the documentation to "cache_peer" in
squid.conf.default.
