That error is usually caused by some other error, not the amount of
dnsserver processes. Only exception is if Squid times out the request (2
minutes) before dnsserver got time to return any information.

To few dnsserver processes usually only causes delays, and eventually a
fatal abort if the request queue grows way to large.
