Hmm.. doesn't squid_ldap_auth require more arguments than the server
name? Doesn't is also require arguments specifying the search base and
such?

Hint: Before trying the authenticator from Squid, play around with it
from the command line first. It reads "username password" pairs from
standardin, and returns OK/ERR.
