Hi,

I'm trying to compile squid using --enable-snmp, but when i type the make
all command, it returns to me the following errors:

What you are looking for is probably to monitor Squid using SNMP, for
example by using MRTG.

cache.log is like your systems messages file. It contains startup
messages, warnings and error notifications.

store.log does contain some detail information on the objects being
stored, but generally most of the usable information from there is also
available in access.log.

Do you have any utilities which generates useful analyzes from your
systems messages/syslog file (excluding mail logs)? If you have then the
same techniques should be applicable to cache.log.
