Error message: "No such file or directory"

Hi all,
        I'm using Squid-2.3.st2 with asyncufs in Redhat 6, I got these
messages in cache.log:

2000/05/01 17:40:21| WARNING: swapin MD5 mismatch
2000/05/01 17:42:45| WARNING: swapin MD5 mismatch
2000/05/01 17:44:35| storeAufsOpenDone: (2) No such file or directory
2000/05/01 17:44:35| /cache/00/33/00003373
2000/05/01 18:01:13| WARNING: swapin MD5 mismatch
2000/05/01 18:04:06| WARNING: swapin MD5 mismatch

It seems that it's async-IO bug. Can any one debugged it?
