Squid low

Hi,

I use squid 2.3STABLE2 running on Redhat 6.1 with cache_dir= 2048 MB (type
asynufs), Cache_mem=64 MB , and i use Calamaris to analyse the access.log, i
see that the squid run very low (squid set up on Compaq Prolient 6000 with 2
cpu, 256 MB RAM and i have leasedline with 64Kbps and i have 300 users)

I don't know why?please hepl me
