         Our squid config already had those setting. But Jave applet still
very very slow.
        Have any other things need to do ?

        httpd_accel_host virtual
        httpd_accel_port 80
        httpd_accel_with_proxy on
        httpd_accel_uses_host_header on

Transparent proxies MUST use

httpd_acces_host virtual
httpd_accel_uses_host_header on

Try if it works if the user configures their browsers proxy settings.
Transparent proxying is woodo magic, and not all things like it.
