Domain ACL's starts with a .
Host ACL's starts without a .
Examples:
acl example_domain dstdomain .example.com
acl example_server dstdomain www.example.com
Due to some buginess in the dstdomain ACL I am not sure if you can
reliably combine both www.example.com and example.com in one single
dstdomain ACL in the current Squid releases...
