user acl's - final word - it works!

Sorry for all the 'noise' on this topic latley. Seems that for some reason I
can't fathom out yet Squid has decided to allow webmail to my desktop
regardless....when I went and tested on another machine the acl's were
working as expected! Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr........
