cache_swap_(low|high)

Anybody can explain me, how can I select optimal values for
cache_swap_low and cache_swap_high? My cache_dir:

  cache_dir ufs /var/spool/squid/cache-1 8350 21 256
  cache_dir ufs /var/spool/squid/cache-2 8350 21 256
