URL protocol+ftp

hi all,

How can I use in the access control list the option URL Protocol ?
Specifically the "ftp" one. If I understood well, when I make an entry
in the access control list like "acl noftp proto ftp" and in the
Proxy restrictions "http_access deny noftp"...... will happens (or not
happens) what ? :-)
