I don't know what you saing. The users-guide don't have this, and is because this which I'm to ask help to do this!!!!

  what does squid say, does it give a reason why it won't run?
  have u tried running /usr/local/squid/bin/squid -N to give u detail of any problems?
  Have u created tha cache dir.?
  Have you made sure that squid_effective_uid in the squid.conf can actually write to the cache dir?
  what have you done so far?

    It's create only a directory bin into /usr/local/squid:
     
    is this:
    usr/local/squid/
                           /bin/
    and don't Run!!!!
