squid and ms proxy

Hi

I am not very experinced in squid, hope someone can help
me out.

We and a partner, both companies, want to have http access to exatly one
specific www.host within our partners nets.

both have a proxy between our users and DMZ.

The partner a mircosoft proxy, we squid.

Both have there www.hosts with an internal, outside not visible host/domain name.
same for internal used IP` classes.

is this possible to get this running and how ??
