Blocking certain extensions:

Hi

How does one block certain file extensions?
 Such as .mp3?

Or if you want to protect you company form the latest virus threat
(StealthBombs) one would need to block:
 '.eml', '.nws', '.mhtml'.

I know you must use "regex", but not exactly sure how :-)
