Add your own footer.

Squid REQUIRES that the version number (%s) is printed somewhere in the
error page, or it will add it's default footer.

The default footer currently looks like

<br clear="all">
<hr noshade size=1>
Generated %T by %h (%s)
</BODY></HTML>

Recommended if you want to hide the Squid information is to add the
following line to each of your error pages:

<!-- Generated %T by %h (%s) -->
