SSL forwarding

Reading through the archives (like a good new-to-the-mailing-list
person) I've realised that there probably isn't an easy way to have my
Squid accelerator box (visible to Internet) forward SSL connections to
my web server(s) (on private IP range). Although not strictly Squid
related, does anyone know of a program that will let me shunt these TCP
connections directly to another machine (like Linux's ipchains redirect
function, but to another IP as well as port)?

Feel free to reply directly if you don't wish to cloud the Squid Users
list ...
